Our platform is designed to help landlords automatically track rent payments made via Zelle, send reminders for upcoming or late payments, and maintain a clear history of all transactions. The Service requires no changes or setup on the tenant’s part.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Use Zelle to collect rent as a landlord or property manager.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

3. Account Registration and Access

You may be required to create an account to use some features of the Service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Beta Program Terms

If you are participating in our beta program:

  • The Service is provided “as-is” with limited or no support.
  • Features may change, be added, or removed without notice.
  • You may be contacted for feedback to improve the product.
  • We may offer a lifetime discount upon public launch, subject to our discretion.

5. Use Restrictions
